Terms and Conditions for Marquez Market Small Business Solutions

Welcome to Marquez Market Small Business Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “the company”). By accessing or using our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, including our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.


1. General Terms

Marquez Market Small Business Solutions is an independent contractor providing services tailored to small businesses. These services may include, but are not limited to, marketing, business consulting, website development, and other related services.

By engaging with us, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a contractual relationship with us as an independent contractor, and not as an employee, agent, or partner.


2. Services Provided

We offer various solutions for small businesses including business consulting, marketing strategy, website development, and other business-related services. Details of the specific services will be outlined in a separate agreement or service order.


3. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered by Marquez Market Small Business Solutions will be processed via PayPal. All payments are due in full as specified in the service agreement or invoice.

  • Accepted Methods of Payment: PayPal
  • Currency: All payments are to be made in USD (unless otherwise agreed upon).
  • Late Payment: Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality services and ensure our clients are satisfied with the work we deliver. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we offer the following refund policy:

Refund Conditions:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered if the work has not been completed, or if the client is dissatisfied with the final product after all feedback and revisions have been exhausted.
  2. Requesting a Refund: Clients must submit a refund request in writing via  live chat  to  1877.link within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables or completion of services.
  3. Partial Refunds: If you have received partial services or deliverables, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of the services provided, less any transaction fees.
  4. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services such as custom design work, strategy development, and ongoing consultations are non-refundable after work has commenced or been delivered.
  5. Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed via PayPal within 10 business days from the date of approval. PayPal transaction fees may apply, and these fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of all intellectual property (IP) rights to the final deliverables. However, Marquez Market Small Business Solutions reserves the right to use completed projects as portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


6. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your business information and not to disclose any proprietary information unless required by law or with your consent.


7. Limitation of Liability

Marquez Market Small Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


8. Termination

Both parties may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Any outstanding fees will be due immediately upon termination. Upon termination, all deliverables completed up to that point will be delivered to the client.


9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.


10. Modifications to Terms

Marquez Market Small Business Solutions reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
